The hustling and sneaky charges continued my whole way out of
Beijing... Little things like asking for a taxi to the airport, a car
shows up with a taxi sign on top and after bags are loaded and I'm off
the driveway he tells me its a 'hotel car' so flat fare that's nearly
double the price of a taxi -$20 vs. $10, but still obnoxious. The only
discernable difference in this guy that I find is he speaks a little
English. Normal taxis speak zero. All in all a very interesting and
memorable experience here, made more interesting because of the
Olympic element. Excited to see what differences Shanghai offers.
